Estimate guide for workforce engagements
Rates depend on headcount range, number of business units, and delivery format. Figures below are starting points; we provide a written quote after reviewing your brief.

What affects your quote
- Headcount range. Engagements covering more than 400 FTE in a single unit add analyst time for data validation and chart production.
- Number of locations. Multi-site organisations require separate tenure and span analysis per site unless data is centrally consolidated.
- Delivery format. On-site facilitation in Seoul or Busan includes travel costs billed at cost. Virtual delivery reduces fees by approximately fifteen percent.
- Timeline. Engagements with less than three weeks' lead time may incur a scheduling premium if analyst capacity is available.
- Data quality. If HRIS exports require significant cleaning before analysis, we quote data preparation separately.
Payment terms
Workshops and fixed-scope reports require a fifty percent deposit upon engagement confirmation, with the balance due upon deliverable acceptance. Organisation design reviews are billed in milestones aligned to interview phases.
What pricing does not include
Our rates cover analysis, facilitation, and written deliverables. They do not include recruitment fees, compensation benchmarking subscriptions, legal review, or ongoing retainer support unless agreed in a separate letter.
