Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to professional services engaged with Alderfield Analytics Co., Ltd. Pricing on this website is informational; binding terms appear in your signed engagement letter.
1. Deposit and cancellation
Workshops and fixed-scope reports require a fifty percent deposit upon engagement confirmation. If you cancel more than fourteen business days before the scheduled start date, the deposit is fully refundable minus any non-recoverable costs already incurred (e.g., scheduled travel).
Cancellation within fourteen business days of the start date forfeits fifty percent of the deposit. Cancellation within five business days forfeits the full deposit.
2. Rescheduling
You may reschedule a workshop once without penalty if we receive written notice at least ten business days before the original date and alternative analyst availability exists. Additional rescheduling may incur a ₩200,000 administrative fee.
3. Full refund eligibility
A full refund of amounts paid (including deposit) is available if:
- We cancel the engagement due to analyst unavailability and cannot offer a satisfactory alternative date
- We fail to deliver the contracted deliverable within thirty days of the agreed date without your written agreement to extend
4. Partial refunds
Partial refunds may apply when:
- Written engagement deliverables are materially incomplete and cannot be remedied within a reasonable correction period
- You terminate an organisation design review after milestones defined in the engagement letter; fees for completed milestones are non-refundable
5. Non-refundable items
- Work already completed and accepted in writing
- Travel and accommodation expenses incurred at your request
- Deposits forfeited under the cancellation schedule above
- Engagements where analysis has begun and you cancel due to internal organisational changes unrelated to our performance
6. No-shows
If scheduled workshop participants or required department heads do not attend without notice, the session proceeds with available attendees or is rescheduled at your cost per the rescheduling terms above. Repeated no-shows may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
7. Work already started
Once data intake is complete and analysis has begun on a written engagement, cancellation refunds are limited to the portion of work not yet performed, as determined by milestone completion in the engagement letter.
8. Refund process
Submit refund requests in writing to info@panel-alderfield.click with your engagement reference, reason for the request, and relevant dates. We respond within five business days.
9. Processing time and method
Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days to the original payment method. Bank transfer refunds to Korean accounts typically settle within three additional business days.
10. Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, contact us to discuss. Unresolved disputes are subject to the governing law and jurisdiction provisions in our Terms of Service.
