Alderfield Analytics provides professional HR workforce analytics services including headcount planning workshops, workforce composition reports, departure risk assessments, and organisation design reviews. Service scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in a separate engagement letter signed by both parties.

2. Website use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, scrape content for commercial redistribution, or use the site in any manner that could damage or impair its operation.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, and design—is owned by Alderfield Analytics or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Deliverables produced under a signed engagement become your property upon full payment, subject to our right to retain anonymised methodological frameworks for internal use.

4. Confidentiality

Employee-level data and business information you provide during engagements are handled under the confidentiality provisions in your engagement letter. We do not disclose client data to third parties except as required by law or with your written consent.

5. Limitation of liability

Our services provide professional analysis and facilitation based on data you supply. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as budget approval or retention improvements. To the maximum extent permitted by Republic of Korea law, our total liability for any claim arising from services or website use is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Alderfield Analytics against claims arising from inaccurate data you provide, your misuse of deliverables, or your violation of these Terms.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Daejeon, Republic of Korea.
